Why is this shop called Russia is Calling? In a nutshell, I went to Russia for a three-week college study away course and a part of me never came back home. That was almost 18 years ago! Since then, a lot has happened in my life. I had ventured off in directions that had nothing to do with Russia or the Russian language, but that connection never went away. In 2015, I found myself in need of a challenge in life, so I jumped back into studying Russian again and haven't stopped since. Now, I am ready for a different kind of challenge, which is why I started Russia is Calling.
